A regular client of Kathryn's, Coventry commissioned her to undertake a brand audit and market entry strategy for the University's online learning offer earlier in late 2017, on behalf of the University's Strategic Transformation Office, part of the Vice-Chancellor's Office. More recently, she has been working with the central Marketing Department to develop a series of marketing strategy templates that can be rolled out across the Coventry University Group at an institutional, functional, faculty and subsidiary level.
A new client, Kathryn initially provided guidance as a 'critical friend' to help the College finalise its marketing strategy. She now hopes to support the College in implementing some of its key strategic marketing priorities.
University of Exeter Business School
Having already assisted the School to gain the maximum re-accreditation for EQUIS and AMBA in 2016 and 2017, Kathryn is currently helping the School submit its first final assessment with the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). Due to recent staff changes, Kathryn's involvement has been greater for this specific application, providing detailed initial guidance on the quality of first draft content submission against AACSB criteria, as well as ongoing editing and critiquing.
University of Exeter
Having achieved Bronze in 2011, Kathryn recently helped the University's central Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity Unit finalise its Silver Athena SWAN application, editing final content and highlighting potential gaps or weaknesses in the submission.
