On occasion, once Kathryn has completed her review of the Marketing Department and/or its activities, she has been invited to undertake bespoke staff development and training. You will be involved at every stage of the development process, so that she can tailor training content to your needs

University of Wolverhampton
The University commissioned Kathryn to undertake staff training with 15 marketing managers in the area of strategy and engagement.
"The client group had a mixed experience level and included both faculty and corporate post holders, all of whom had a marketing remit. Kathryn approached the training brief in a thorough, innovative and thought-provoking manner, devising a fantastic two-day programme which was tailored to our needs. Kathryn worked with the University's Faculty of Engineering, Environment and Computing to develop a promotional strategy for its research activities. This included the creation of a new advertising template for PhD studentships. She was subsequently invited to run a series of workshops with researchers and research support staff.
